Prayer by L.W.

These are my hastily taken notes from a prayer at the beginning and the end of Bible study; just “ordinary” prayers in the sense that L.W. was simply praying, unaware of any note-taking.

“…as Your people to bless Your name…concerned about each life…full of joy and suffering to make us into the image of Your Son, pleasing to You…salt and light…issues but not overcome…comfort where anxiety and stress, instrument of Your peace…guide and teach us as only You can…learn and apply to our own lives…Your good pleasure…glorify Yourself…lead us into truth.”

“…given us life of David and Saul…apply truths…make us people after Your own heart…truly seek You in every situation…inquire, seek Your face…lives that glorify You…tender hearts easily led to repentance… merciful and compassionate…gifts through Your Son and Holy Spirit…new covenant.”

Each short phrase a message in itself, speaking volumes if studied and researched in the Bible, influenced by I Samuel.
